La Digitalización de los procesos de compras, con todos los beneficios que ello implica, afecta a compañías de todos los tamaños, y supone una oportunidad única para generar eficiencias y ventajas competitivas.

¿QUE ES SAP ARIBA?

SAP Ariba es considerada como la solución líder mundial para la gestión de compras.

Es una plataforma Cloud de e-commerce que permite a los usuarios simplificar las transacciones comerciales. 

Ariba comenzó con la versión On-Premise, una versión de escritorio, en la que los proveedores instalaban Ariba en su sistema y después iban configurándolo a su medida haciendo customizaciones en ficheros aml, ficheros java y demás.

Posteriormente, Ariba evolucionó sacando la versión Cloud, es decir, la versión en la nube. Ésta versión no necesita ningún tipo de instalación, ya que una vez comprado el producto, a través de una url, usuario y contraseña, se puede acceder a los módulos contratados de SAP Ariba. Después SAP se encargará de hacer las customizaciones adaptadas a cada cliente, es decir, SAP recibirá en forma de plantillas de documentos la información que necesita, y el cliente deberá añadir todas sus adaptaciones.

MODULOS SAP ARIBA

1. Ariba se divide en varios módulos. Los módulos se pueden solicitar a la vez o ir introduciendo módulos de forma consecutiva.

Existen clientes que prefieren solicitar todos los módulos que ya saben que necesitan a la vez, pero tambien existen clientes que prefieren ir añadiendolos poco a poco. De manera que primero se implante una parte, y despues se vayan añadiendo el resto.

A continuación, se realizará un resumen de los diferentes módulos de Ariba:

Exam Preparation 

All SAP consultant certifications are available as Cloud Certifications in the Certification Hub and can be booked with product code CER006. With CER006 – SAP Certification in the Cloud, you can take up to six exams attempts of your choice in one year – from wherever and whenever it suits you! Test dates can be chosen and booked individually.

Each specific certification comes with its own set of preparation tactics. We define them as "Topic Areas" and they can be found on each exam description. You can find the number of questions, the duration of the exam, what areas you will be tested on, and recommended course work and content you can reference.

Certification exams might contain unscored items that are being tested for upcoming releases of the exam. These unscored items are randomly distributed across the certification topics and are not counted towards the final score. The total number of items of an examination as advertised in the Training Shop is never exceeded when unscored items are used.

Please be aware that the professional- level certification also requires several years of practical on-the-job experience and addresses real-life scenarios.
